Admissions

Admission to Castle Park School is open to children aged 2 to 12 years.  While our ethos is founded on our interdenominational Christian beliefs, we welcome families from other faith backgrounds and none.  We are a local school community that includes pupils of many nationalities.

The first stage in our admissions process is Registration.  Once you have completed and returned the Registration Form (with the registration fee), your child’s name is entered on our Prospective Pupil’s Database and the waiting list for the Academic year they require entry.  When we open admissions for that particular year, and if we have a prospective place available, we will invite your child to spend some time at the School attending classes with his/her peer group, or if they are younger, they will meet with the Head of our Early Years Department for a “readiness-for-school” assessment.  At this point, we will also request recent reports and any other relevant documentation from your child’s current school.  If all of our pre-admission criteria are met, and we have a place, a formal Offer will be made, and parents will be given approximately two weeks to accept the place.

Once an offer of a place has been made, parents must complete and return an Acceptance Form and pay a deposit.  Half of the deposit is credited against the first term’s fee invoice; the balance is refunded at the end of the child’s final term in the School, subject to compliance with our Terms & Conditions.

To arrange a personal visit to the School, we ask that you register your child, however, you are welcome to attend any of our Open Mornings before registration.

A schedule of our current fees can be found HERE.
