Christmas Fayre

Many thanks to the Friends of Castle Park who organised a wonderful Fayre on Friday afternoon. There was a colourful range of stalls for Christmas shopping, many fun games & craft activities for the children to join in with and delicious cakes & bakes to take home. The School was buzzing during the afternoon and the many visitors thoroughly enjoyed this festive event. The younger children met Mrs Claus, parents were invited to complete an Energy Consumption Survey as part of our Green Schools Project and the Music department provided a Buskers’ Corner with pupils playing and singing carols whilst fundraising for the Dun Laoghaire based Dining Room Project which provides hot meals and a welcoming lunchtime venue to local homeless people and food poor households.
