Form VI Girls’ Leinster League Hockey Final

On Tuesday, our Form VI hockey girls played in their Leinster League Division 1 Final in Three Rock Rovers Hockey Club, Rathfarnham. This was a huge occasion for our girls and the excitement had been building since the semi-final match. In the lead up to the game, everyone on the team put in a lot of hard work and effort, even commiting to the early morning training sessions. Unfortunately on the day, it wasn’t meant to be, and our opponents, Taney, won on a score line on 1-0. We were very unlucky to miss one or two goal chances but all the girls did extremely well to get so far and it was a great match from start to finish. Thank you to all our Form VI supporters who travelled to the match and their teachers who supervised. Well done girls, I’m very proud of you all!
